I found this interesting little film the other day and thought I should share it with you. It's a short film about Superman in his retirement. I have watched it a few times and think it's good in a lot of ways, but I'm not sure if I actually like it. Guess we are really spoilt with Smallville. Its got a very human take on our superman and alludes to a lot of personal conflict he dealt with as a superhero. I think its worth looking at and look forward to other opinions on this film.
I think it's a nice point of view on what it would be like if Superman stopped being the hero in a world that's constantly saved.
It's a little confusing, but yeah it's still good.
I especially liked the Batman reference with his grandson "Agent Wayne". I thought that was very smart. And I like how throughout the whole film the names "Clark Kent" or "Superman" weren't used.
Overall a pretty good short film.
Thanks for sharing with us Scinut and welcome to the boards.
