Apparently Tom has signed onto doing not just Season 9, but a Season 10 as well. If they did it well, they should end it with matching it up to the next Superman film which I think they're planning on that to come to fruition which would be awesome. I know some fans think the show should have ended well before now, but quite frankly I still love it and am still completely engaged in the stories. Plus I love the fact that Clark is evolving even more into Superman, it's awesome!
Yeh I agree I love every minute of smallville and clarks transformation to taking on the cape and become superman. I really hope it does go to season 10
