svfan21 did previous eps work? your divx codec (the divx codec is used to decompress the video for playback) might have been corrupted, tends to happen on windoze machines. You might want to try to avoid hitting the "End Now" button when the computer hangs on you, this sometimes corrupts files which are running in that instance. I know we are inpatient ppl but sometimes we have to wait . For eg if you had windows media player open and it was hanging on you and you force quit it (ie click on "End Now") it can corrupt files which windows media player is using like the divx codec. It can happen on any program which you decide to force quit. You might want to try to reinstall the codec again from here:
Click Here (DivX Video Codec) (also, all you need to install is the DivX codec, you really don't need the extra stuff like the DivX player, DivX converter or the DivX web player)
by installing again it should resest any changes made in it that might of disabled it to work. Also windows media player has this thing in it that disables all plug-ins when it crashes, it pops up a dialog box but we never read it we just click on "ok" , but it mentions that its disabled the plug-ins because of instability, hence it takes off things that it doesn't need to keep running. I hope this works for you.
I don't have such a thing as Divx Video codec but i clicked on the link and it doesn' look that bad. But i do have Divx web player so that i can view stuff online. I downloaded Wrath and it was perfect, it took 45 min and the file was a video/audio. i've never force quit so i don't think that its due to that and its never been a problem with WMP or anything else. It doesn't matter because from now on when i am downoading im going to check the file format of episodes.
thanks for your help.

cool, yeh coz they're pretty big files ~350MB just make sure it has ".avi" at the end. Sometimes you get them as ".rar" which still work but you need to decompress it to find the ".avi" file inside. can't believe it took you 45 min to download, thats awesome speed. but yeh you need the DivX video codec to make it work or else you will only hear the audio see a black screen. its no worries for helping out
i was just wondering of any one knows where i could download episodes of lois and clark the new adventures of superman and thanks FMH for all the episodes
since the future of SV is not looking so good here i thought i might post up a few links to download episodes for the fans. here are season 6 links that ive found.
thanks for the latest ep - downloading as I speak.
Quick tech question for you I have all the eps on the NAS and also burned to disc. One of my PCs will not play the audio on some of the episodes - not all - just some! All Div X stuff is loaded.
Its wierd - only on the this PC. Other PCs play fine off the NAS or disc so I assume the files are cool. Just wondered if you had come across anything like this?
This is a great series - thanks for all the work. A
I can't seem to get the files to download lately. I type in the code, and wait the 45 seconds and then nothing happens. No download starts and I get no message why. I had bought the premium once before and it worked fine, but it also worked fine downloading for free before I bought the premium.

Anyone else having this problem?
hmmm sounds like your browser is pretty buggy, are you using "internet explorer"? or firefox? I guess you jus gonna have to keep tryin' thats happened to me b4.
I am using Firefox and Safari (Mac). IE won't display the download code properly on that website. If this has happened to you too, I won't worry about it. Could it be a Bigpond thing here in Australia?
lol who knows huh? but anyways you might want to try reinstalling your browsers again see if that fixes up any errors. If your on a mac then stay away from internet explorer
from what I've heard, there won't be a new ep until December 13 US time, meaning December 14 in Australia, because of their Thanksgiving / Christmas break. Is this true??
Oh well, at least it gives Find_Me_Here a break from all the uploading he's done for us! =) We're all real greatful for that ;) I'm glad you can have a break =P
I am presently re-viewing the first 6 series, a couple of episodes per day, and I got to wondering about Smallville's longevity beyond series 7, screening currently in the US. There have been rumours that series 7 is the last but I found an interview with creator Al Gough that seems to confirm that there will be an 8th with a couple of character deletions. The article further said "Gough also said that fans can still sway their decision [regarding further series], especially if the series continues to perform well in the ratings."
You can find the article here: http://www.buddytv.com/articles/smallville/no-more-smallville-after-seaso-10186.aspx

As much as I looooove SMALLVILLE, I could not see it going on for more than 8 seasons. I mean I'd love to see it go on forever but I think that it should come to an end soon and tie all the loose ends, i mean, in the films he has moved to Metropolis by now and not still hangin around in Smallville. I also dont' want to see it get crappy like so many other great shows that just keep going, such as the Simpsons. I think like so many other great shows like Friends, Seinfeld, Frasier, Cheers and M*a*s*h, SMALLVILLE should finish at its peak...

Whats your opinion??
I agree with you. If it takes a season to tie all the loose ends together as you say, that should be Season 8. It feels like Clarke is being held back to pad out the episodes when I'd really like to see him actually fulfilling his destiny.
hi find_me_here . i know i haven't been here in a while i'd just like to say a late thanx so much for all the wonderful episodes you have provided and yay after a long wait the next epi is finally here so i can't wait . plz update soon , so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
