After many people wrote to "ch10admin" on their website about the return of smallville, this was the official response:
"As for Smallville, the response has been huge and that's understandable. Unfortunately, the performance hasn't been great this year since summer finished. I'm sure you'll agree we've done a good job up until this point catching up alot of episodes. I can confirm Smallville will return later in the year, probably towards the end of the year."
I don't know how many people have seen this before but i thought i would post it here incase anybody was interested :D
Later on the year hey? Do you think they may repeat the first few episodes or continue straight to "Reunion."
And I wonder if the release date for the box set will be pushed back, since it -was- scheduled for an October 2007 release. Since Smallville was halted this might've changed.

yeah i read that ages ago, and i dont really care, its better they delay it, then axe it, now that would be something to talk about, so it was scheduled for it to be released on actober this year, are you serious, that just made me 10 times happier, lol, hope it gets released that month cause i really want it,
If they had axed it, then all hell would've been let loose.
Think about it, all this complaining just because it was delayed.. then if it had been "axed" there would be a march of Smallville fans knocking on Channel 10's door.

SloaneClone I dunno if they will pick it up where it left off, possibly they will, i hope they do anyway, otherwise it's gonna push it back another month.
oh well, i'm not really fussed, ive only got 3 more episodes till ive seen the whole season 6 now :D
omg, SC, your avi is so nice, even though they will continue season six at episode arrow i will still watch it, but the rating will be even lower now that the majority of people have seen it,
Smallville is coming back later in the year but i've heard its only going to be a slot filler between shows like BB, Biggest Loser and Idol. If the ratings are lower than the last season then they will most likely drop it completely. Pretty dodgy if you as me!
