Anyway the word is that Smallville is returning to 10 on Saturday 29 September, and is currently scheduled to play at 6.30pm.
Hopefully there isn't too much content that they're going to cut, but at least 10 is returning it. Just a bummer that we're behind again (as series 6 will be released in the us on DVD and HD DVD, etc by then) and I think series 7 starts in the US the day before 10 is starting the rest of series 6 here.
Awesome news Jibbles! I'm so glad theyre bringing Smallville back to 10, for a while there it looked as though they were thinking of replacing it with yet another reality tv show... no one needs to see more of that rubbish!
Saturday 6:30 is the worse possible time to show it...but at least they are...not that exciting cause i've seen it all. They should just axe it and leave it in peace.
Yes well I think they will move it around again like they always do but I feel this could be the last season 10 will show will be interesting how long it will take for any other season to come out on DVD here.
I just saw the add for this Saturdays return of Smallville to 10.
They aren't going all out for the promo's yet. I'm real glad i've seen them already thanks to find_me_here's uploads.
The only real bonus with 10 puting it back on air now is i can see it in HD. Speaking of which if they continue the series and pick up season 7 as well, would they put it on thier new HD channel scifi night coming in December 07? That would make make everyone happy.
Just read TV WEEK and it said that it was starting from "Reunion". Yet I am unsure whether they aired "Zod". The last ep I saw was "Sneeze" and I am unsure how they capped off the season five finale could somebody fill me in.
The episode this Saturday is definitely Reunion (Season 6 episode 5) at 6.30. Apparently ch 10 will only take on season 7 if season 6 maintains good to high ratings. The problem is most of the fans have already downloaded or watched it online and wont bother watching it on tv. This is what happened in season 5 and 6 causing ch 10 to remove Smallville in the first place.
Wasn't it at 6:30 Saturdays when it first premiered and they changed its timeslot a lot, so maybe they will do that and give us double episodes, it would be really great to catch up to season seven, maybe thats the plan since its starting now and theres a whole summer waiting.
